In my 22 years in the Army I had utilized many different types of training systems; Miles, Paintball, Simunitions… they all had an application but fell short in so many areas. Seeing the capabilities and potential of the iCombat systems and how they allowed for training to be conducted without any safety risks, building prep, or cleanup, I knew what I wanted to do when I grew up… or retired, same thing. Being able to offer an awesome training platform to Law Enforcement Officers has been a perfect transition for me and has truly been an honor. As a retired Non Commissioned Officer I absolutely believe that no training opportunity should go to waste. This was a lesson that was instilled in me at a young age, and paid dividends during OIF. As a First Sergeant I tried instilling that in my Soldiers and NCO’s. Our equipment really does allow LE agencies to train anywhere, anytime, without valuable time (or money) going to waste. My leadership positions in the Army ranged from Bradley Commander to First Sergeant. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Management from Ashford University Forbes School of Business.
