SBTactical™  Online Return Policy

Online Return & Exchange Policy – SBTactical™  will issue a full refund for most items returned in new condition within 14 days of the shipment date. No refunds will be given for C02 products.  IMPORTANT: All returns to SBTactical™  must include either the original receipt , a gift receipt and be packed in original packaging.

To return an item, please take the following steps:

1. Email [email protected]  to notify us of your refund request. Within 24 business hours SBTactical™  will provide a return authorization number
2. Pack the items in the original packaging NOTE; only items returned in the original packaging will be refunded.
3. We will confirm receipt of the returned item by email and inspect the product
4. You will also receive a confirmation email once a credit has been issued to your credit card.
