Azusa Police Department / Active Shooter Training Day Part I

Today was an amazing day for SBTactical team and the Azusa Police Department. The Azusa Police Department is conducting active shooter training for its officers utilizing SBTactical’s mobile training program.  We have been really looking forward to collaborating, as SBTactical  first met Azusa PD training officers at the California Association of Tactical Officers (CATO) conference in 2015.
Highlights of this training so far have been:
  • Two locations  The Regency Cinemas located in the Citrus Shopping Center and Azusa City Hall.
  •  Training consists of several different scenarios that force officers to work as a team under both dark and light conditions.
  •  Feedback from the officers and cinema staff has been extremely positive and motivating.
